I can't speak to other attributes yet as I just put the 1st set of 4 in my camera today. A few of the 8-pack finished at around 1950mAh,that was a little disappointing after all the good reviews and such,maybe I was naive to hope for over 2000mAh on all of them. Maybe in the future I'll come across this review and update it with more 1st hand experience. My new eneloop AAs are here and refreshed/charged. I don't know if I needed to refresh or not but I did it anyway. I gave 3-4 stars because my little brother has had several eneloops for some time and will use nothing else at this point.
Pretty much the same as using a standard battery, except much less clutter to keep track of and also a lot better for the environment. These are different. They're certainly paid for themselves many times over. I have tried several rechargeable batteries over the years to keep my cameras and other electronics operating as they should. Most have worked ok but rarely does the charge last. Love that I no longer have to keep a drawer full of batteries.Can't remember when I got these, but it was several months ago and they have lasted through dozens of charges.
This is the best battery product I have got for using it in my photo camera. It last long (very long) and takes lots of pics.
I don't regret buying them at all. With mild to less than moderate time on the xbox360, my wireless controller can kill the batteries in about 2 weeks. I'm supposed to get 400 something more pictures out of my digital camera, but I don't. Still, for the price, it's worth the purchase. I'm not really sure about the claims against these batteries. So far, they are regular rechargables to me. I was prepared to be amazed, and so far I'm stunned that such claims were made about the Eneloops.
am in the process of swapping my regular rechargeable to these type of hybrids. Highly recommended. Great product. Great for cameras; you do take a bit of a hit in the capacity compared to a conventional rechargeable (eneloop I think runs about 2100mah where a "regular" rechargeable has about 2700mah) but being able to leave it in the camera for a month and still have a charged battery in it is invaluable.
